About the Roles

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician / Engineer (Marine/Electrical) to join a leading wholesaler of marine equipment and accessories based at Tuas West Road, just an 8-minute walk from the MRT. This is a permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule (8AM–5:30PM) and one Saturday per month (8AM–12PM). What You'll Be Doing

  • Carry out maintenance, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of marine electrical systems and equipment.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and track job progress throughout project stages.
  • Attend to local, overseas, ad-hoc, and voyage service assignments when required.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Perform other technical or administrative duties assigned by the Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power and Control.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic programming knowledge.
  • Flexibility to respond to service requests on short notice and work irregular hours when needed.
  • Comfortable working at height and in varied marine environments.
