Serangoon, Singapore RGS PHARMA PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale lead, track data and conversion KPIs.
  • Personally handle high-value inquiries and ensure swift follow-up with all leads.
  • Analyse and implement proactive strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with admin to maintain high engagement, strong parent relationships, and consistent feedback loops.
  • Identify and launch new programs, pricing models, and partnerships to diversify revenue.
  • Spearhead social media campaigns, digital ad strategy, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with design and teams to roll out compelling visuals, reels, and growth hacks.
  • Inspire and mentor the admin and all team to align with business goals.
  • Report directly to The Director with monthly performance dashboards and strategic inputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in any related field.
  • 8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in Pharmaceuticals industries.
  • A track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and launching new initiatives.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Dynamic communicator, client-facing confidence, and a sharp commercial mindset.
