- Handle both incoming and outgoing phone communications
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Address and resolve customer issues effectively and promptly
- Prepare shipping quotes and coordinate shipments based on customer requirements
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities across both administrative tasks and software systems
Requirements:
