The Store Manager holds full responsibility for leading the boutique, elevating the client experience, and driving commercial excellence. You will champion the brand's standards, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure flawless execution across all retail operations. Location at Town (Orchard)


Key Responsibilities
Business & Performance Excellence
  • Drive boutique performance and ensure all KPIs and sales targets are met.
  • Lead daily business briefings and provide clear commercial direction.
  • Uphold operational standards with precision and ensure full compliance with policies and procedures.
Client Experience & Relationship Building
  • Ensure an exceptional, personalised client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, including VIP and high-value clientele.
  • Elevate client satisfaction scores through thoughtful service initiatives.
People Leadership
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a motivated, service-driven team.
  • Conduct structured coaching sessions and regular performance reviews.
  • Oversee rostering, staffing needs, and day-to-day team management with discretion and professionalism.
Training & Talent Development
  • Lead onboarding and continuous training to uphold the brand's service and presentation standards.
  • Identify talent potential and partner with management for development and succession planning.
Operations & Boutique Administration
  • Oversee boutique reporting, cash handling, invoicing, and stock management with accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
Visual Presentation
  • Maintain an elevated boutique environment through impeccable visual merchandising.
  • Ensure key products are showcased strategically and refreshed in alignment with business performance.

Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in luxury retail, with minimum 3 years in a supervisory or boutique lead role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a refined understanding of luxury clientele.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making ability.
  • Skilled in clienteling, team development, and boutique operations.
  • Professional presence with the ability to lead a diverse, high-performance team.
