What You'll Do:

  • Deliver personalized, world-class client experiences, offering expert styling and product recommendations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients through proactive clienteling and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while representing the brand with excellence.
  • Support store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and after-sales service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, brand heritage, and market trends to provide top-tier service.

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or related fields.
  • Passion for luxury brands, fashion, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
