As Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our outlet's success:
Your Mission:- Run the Show: Own the daily floor operations and ensure every shift runs like clockwork
- Lead the Pack: Build, train, and inspire a high-performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences
- Drive Performance: Take ownership of outlet profit & loss, managing costs while maximizing revenue
- Set the Standard: Establish operational excellence from the ground up as we launch our first outlets
- Bring the Energy: Create an electric atmosphere where both team and customers feel the buzz
Must-Haves:
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B management (QSR/fast-food experience is a major plus)
- Proven track record of managing floor operations and hitting business targets
- Good understanding of P&L management and cost control
- Natural leader who can build teams from scratch and keep them motivated
- Hands-on mentality – you're not afraid to jump in during peak hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
