This is a newly created Commercial Finance Manager position with a retail brand that has gained huge following over the last few years. Capitalising on this growth, the team is looking to further its brand abroad, hiring for this position to support their growth ambitions.

My client is a fast growing retail brand with diverse range of products that promote functionality along with its unique designs. They have experienced tremendous growth in the last few years, successfully expanding their online and physical presence.

Description
  • Newly created Commercial Finance Manager, reporting directly to CEO
  • Perform forecasting and budgeting exercise, present monthly and annual financials to leadership team to achieve KPI targets
  • Develop financial models to evaluate and support business expansion overseas and strategic investments
  • Business partner with stakeholders across supply chain, retail and operations to drive synergies in business operations
  • Oversight of treasury function, ensure strong cashflow management, lead fund raising exercises to secure cashflow for ongoing capital investments
Profile
  • Degree qualified in Finance & Accounting, at least 7 years of working experience
  • Individuals with strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, able to work in a fast paced environment to lead regional expansion
  • Tenacity to excel, analytical, hands on with financial analysis to generate meaningful financial insights
  • Autonomous working style, strong stakeholder management skills
