Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic financial partner to business management, including the CMO, VP of Consumer Marketing, and Director of Sales Operations, managing business performance and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Lead the development and improvement of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to identify drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and present accurate financial reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
