About the job Head of HR Operations & Technology Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR Operations & Technology to lead and elevate HR service delivery, systems, and project execution. The company is currently rolling out multiple HR initiativesfrom process digitization to employee experience enhancementand requires a leader who can roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and drive these programs to execution while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations including payroll, employee life cycle management, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the organization.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in HR service delivery.

HR Technology:

  • Own the HR technology roadmap; manage HRIS platforms to enhance data accuracy, user experience, and automation.
  • Lead digital HR transformation projects from planning to execution.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure successful integrations and system performance.

HR Projects & Initiatives:

  • Drive the execution of enterprise-wide HR initiatives, such as process redesign, shared services, employee engagement platforms, and people analytics tools.
  • Serve as a program lead for key HR transformation efforts, ensuring timelines, milestones, and change management plans are met.

People & Performance:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of HR operations professionals.
  • Monitor service metrics and use data to continuously improve efficiency and employee experience.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Compliance, and other functional teams to align on priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for HR systems, operations, and data governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success leading HR digital transformation and process improvement projects.
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms and employee service delivery models.
  • Deep understanding of local employment legislation and HR compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with both strategy and executionstrong stakeholder management, hands-on problem-solving, and project leadership.
