About the role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Concept AC Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant located in the Central Region. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team coordination, and the overall smooth running of the dining establishment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience for our customers
  2. Monitor staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high standards of customer service
  3. Assist with the scheduling and management of the restaurant staff, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours
  4. Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
  5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  6. Ensure the restaurant maintains high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and health and safety compliance
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation, with a proven track record of providing exceptional dining experiences
  4. Proficient in handling cash and inventory management processes
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and colleagues
  7. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and inventory management
