Facilities Administrator
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
**Location**: Jurong Island
Manage a filing system including the administration of contracts and all other facilities documentation.
Manage office supplies inventory, handling paperwork on maintenance-related activities.
Manage client security system (pro-watch) by ensure internal stake holders submit, obtain and maintain security clearances for the site.
Manage Jurong Island access by ensure external stake holders submit the necessary documentation.
Provide support for any events or conference by coordinating, event setup rooms for meetings, including catering management.
Prepare communication broadcast to internal stake holders including to set, schedule and conduct meetings complete with recording minutes to keep track of the work progress where required.
To follow up on any other work instructions from the Site lead/Manager as and when required.
Creating and maintaining good rapport with internal stake holders and attending to their complaints.
Facilitate site contractor's management and support process to ensure work is conducted as per plan.
Provide backfill support for facilities helpdesk.
