Facilities Coordinator

- Perform daily routine cleaning services.
- Perform task assigned by Facility Manager
- Escort and ensure the service contractors job scopes.
- Coordinate & oversee the event setup (meeting or events)
- Office/Lab space management
- Waste management service and liaise with third party contractors.
- Security system Management -Photo ID/Access card printing, Access control and Security alarm system Management with the third-party service provider.
- Coordinate third party Pest control & Plants maintenance service.
- Maintain consumable stock & Replenish Cafeteria items.
- Finance system administration (FSA)
- Purchase order create & issue.
- Total Maintenance System (TMS) administration
- Assign Work request, PM schedule and reporting.
- Coordinate with the Hard service team for MEP minor repair work activities.
- Involve and responsible for Facilities supply ordering and restocking.
- Maintain records and service logs of service report. DO/Invoice and all other facilities related documents and tracks their status.
- Able to work overtime (If need).
