  • Install, commission, and provide on-site training per project scope
  • Deliver timely after-sales support, troubleshooting, and site services
  • Support service and training for a wide range of diesel generator sets
  • Maintain and update technical and training documentation
  • Train distributors/dealers on service and troubleshooting to ensure high support standards
  • Build strong customer relationships and follow through on issue resolution
  • Assist with factory testing for special projects
  • Investigate failures and recommend solutions
  • Handle technical aspects of warranty issues
  • Perform other service and training duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
  • Willing to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia
  • Strong problem-solving, team collaboration, and customer service skills
  • Passionate about power generation systems
