Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshop and on-site repairs for power protection equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, testing, and commissioning of power protection systems.
  • Replace batteries in workshop and field settings for power protection products.
  • Provide technical support for third-party systems related to UPS and data centre operations.
  • Deliver written, verbal, and telephone support to internal and external customers.
  • Offer 24/7 customer support via phone and on-site attendance.
  • Coordinate and manage projects including installation, delivery, and contract execution.
  • Maintain personal and company assets in a safe and presentable condition.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with training on company products.
  • Respond professionally to all service requests, including on-call duties.
  • Support the Service Manager in daily field service operations.
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing electrical capital equipment, preferably in the power protection industry.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and task orientation.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service, pre-sales support, and project management.
