Job Scope

  1. Coordinate and organize meetings, projects, and departmental objectives.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee infrastructure or facility upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  3. Prepare project specifications, proposals, tender documents, and reports to support decision-making.
  4. Monitor project progress, budgets, and cash flow, consolidating updates for management review.
  5. Collaborate with operations and nursing leaders to ensure smooth inpatient ward operations.
  6. Drive process reviews to enhance efficiency, service quality, and resource utilization.
  7. Participate in special projects, workgroups, and committees to implement effective solutions.
  8. Handle service issues with professionalism and follow through on resolution.
  9. Review and update departmental policies and workflows as needed.
  10. Provide guidance to junior staff and support leadership in achieving long-term goals.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
