Role Overview:
As a Learning Experience Expert, you will shape the backbone of our AI Coach's theoretical and practical framework in teaching learners how to think with heuristics (thinking and reasoning shortcuts). This role ensures that the AI system delivers coaching experiences grounded in robust pedagogical and logical thinking principles while driving adoption and user satisfaction. The focus on the role is learner behaviour and how to improve learner satisfaction and application of knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Training and Optimization: Train the AI system on coaching standards and refine its performance based on ongoing evaluations and user feedback.
- Framework Validation: Research, source, and validate the theoretical frameworks guiding the AI Coach, ensuring alignment with established coaching principles.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate AI interactions to ensure frameworks are accurately and effectively applied, identifying areas for refinement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze learner and evaluation data to confirm that learning objectives are met and refine strategies to deliver improved outcomes for learners.
- Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with the project manager to design the Coaching Accelerator, focusing on achieving and surpassing product adoption goals.
- Setting Ethical Standards: Define and implement coaching standards that the AI Coach must adhere to, ensuring consistency, reliability and ethics in how it approaches learner goals and interactions.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in background in learning science, instructional design, or related fields.
- Experience in applying pedagogical and coaching frameworks to digital platforms.
- Experience in analyzing data to drive insights and improve learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI systems or interest in learning how they operate in educational settings.
