Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 1 year)

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities (interviews, assessments, documentation).
  • Handle HR-related queries from candidates and staff.
  • Manage contract tracking and offboarding processes.
  • Design internal comms materials (EDMs, posters) using Canva.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with SOP updates and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Canva or design tools is an advantage.
