1. Talent Acquisition – Group Level (50%)

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for group-level positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with talent needs.

· Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and efficient process management.

· Support employer branding initiatives and promote Apache Footwear Group as an employer of choice.

· Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment metrics.

· Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.

2. Executive Support to CHRO (35%)

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

· Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items and follow-ups.

· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.

· Support the CHRO in tracking strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder engagements.

· Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

3. HR Operations – Singapore Office (15%)

· Support daily HR operations, including maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.

· Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.

· Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation as required.

· Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· –5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

· High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

· Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs.

· Willingness to travel as required.
