Position: Executive (Payroll)

Contract Duration: 1 year

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

• Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm


Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Payroll & Claims team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of payroll and claims for our service partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and claims using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Handle monthly payroll components such as salary payments, increments, bonuses, AWS, allowances, statutory contributions, and processing of exit cases.
  • Ensure all required approvals and verifications are obtained before payroll submission.
  • Manage billings, manual payroll computations (e.g., overpayments), recoveries, journal entries, and payment vouchers.
  • Provide timely support, clarification, and follow-up to service partners.
  • Review existing work processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
