FULL TIME GALLERY EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We are looking for highly motivated candidate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:

Working closely with Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan team

Facilitating and supporting the general operations of the Duxton Hill gallery & Joo Chiat store

Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers to build a client base.

Handling email and other inquiries on social media platforms.

Supporting e-commerce-related activities.

Upkeeping of the gallery, in line with the company's communication and promotion strategy.

Performing any other related ad-hoc duties.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

5-days work week

Tanjong Pagar & Joo Chiat

Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM (including Saturday)

Monthly Salary : SGD3,500 to SGD4,000

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree Holder in Fine Arts and related discipline.

Singaporean & Singapore Permanent Resident applicants only.

Interested in Art & Craft works from Japan.

Proficient in English & Chinese languages, knowledge of Japanese language will be an advantage.

Experience in retail and customer service.

MS Office skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

People orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Resourceful and able to work independently.
