Responsibilities:
- Storeroom & Inventory Management – Maintain a well-organized and clean storeroom, ensure accurate stock levels, manage receiving/returns, and conduct cycle counts, punctual inventories, and annual general inventory.
- Stock Control & FIFO – Monitor product shelf life, prepare reports on soon-to-expire items, and follow FIFO practices to minimize losses.
- Sales Support – Contribute to achieving sales targets by ensuring product availability, supporting key launches, and collaborating with relevant teams to meet store objectives.
- Merchandising & Store Upkeep – Ensure shelves are replenished, fixtures and testers are in good condition, prices are updated, and merchandising guidelines/planograms are consistently followed.
- Operational Compliance & Coordination – Execute weekly action items from management, assist other stores during inventories, and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
