About the role
As a Senior Facilities Coordinator at Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd', you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities within the Downtown Core Central Region. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in facilities management and contribute to the smooth functioning of the company's properties.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of assigned facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency Liaise with internal teams, external service providers, and clients to address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively Develop and implement strategies to optimise the utilisation of resources, improve energy efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience Monitor and report on the performance of facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate corrective measures Collaborate with the facilities management team to plan and execute major projects, such as renovations or upgrades Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards Provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional developmentWhat we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and facilities operations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in using facilities management software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionWhat we offer
