Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support Engineer - Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of IT operations, from desktop support to backend system maintenance across Windows and Apple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices (Windows & macOS platforms)
  • Provide both remote and onsite technical support to multiple office locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd level support or third-party vendors as necessary
  • Provision new users with hardware, software, and access accounts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage IT assets at assigned sites
  • Provide VPN setup and support for remote users
  • Assist in setting up AV equipment for meetings and ensure meeting rooms are operating optimally
  • Support backend needs for live broadcasts and events
  • Work closely with internal support teams (client support, server, application teams)
  • Manage and administer Active Directory: user provisioning, permissions, access control, and group policies
  • Participate in and support hardware/software rollouts and other IT projects
  • Document IT operational processes and user guides as needed
  • Provide end-user training and assist in project implementation
  • Attend meetings and trainings to stay aligned with company goals and technological updates
  • Perform procurement tasks (quotations, RMAs, vendor liaison) and track delivery status
  • Lead and manage a small IT support team, providing mentorship, task assignment, and performance guidance
  • Ensure excellent communication and customer service to employees via in-person, phone, and email channels

Job Requirements:
  • Min Nitec in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support roles
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT/Communications project management
  • Proficient in both Windows and Mac platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Positive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lead small-scale projects and work independently
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
