About the role
As an IT Support Engineer at Sakal Network Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting to our clients. This is a full-time role based in the Central Region or East Region, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to be part of a growing technology company.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to and resolve technical support queries from employees in a timely and efficient manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Implement and maintain IT systems, tools, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of support activities
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a team environment
- Relevant certifications in IT support or a related field would be an advantage
- System and Network engineers can also apply with negotiable salary packages
