About the role

As an IT Support Engineer at Sakal Network Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting to our clients. This is a full-time role based in the Central Region or East Region, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to be part of a growing technology company.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to and resolve technical support queries from employees in a timely and efficient manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Implement and maintain IT systems, tools, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of support activities
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or a related field would be an advantage
  • System and Network engineers can also apply with negotiable salary packages
