Reservation Executive

To manage room reservations and related guest requests accurately and efficiently. The role supports the hotel's revenue objectives by maximising room yield through effective upselling, attention to detail, and smooth coordination with relevant departments to ensure a colourful guest experience.
Areas of Focus:
Handle all reservation enquiries, bookings, and reports across various channels. Maintain service excellence while ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and support for the Sales & Marketing team.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Handle all reservations-related enquiries, tasks, and reports.
- Accurately and efficiently process room reservations from various booking channels.
- Maximise room revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure guest requests and preferences are communicated promptly to relevant departments.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team when necessary.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations is a must.
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eye for detail and strong organisational ability.
- Service-oriented and able to work independently under tight timelines.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud System will be advantageous.
- Able to work alternate Saturdays and Public Holidays (PH compensated with Off-in-Lieu).
- 5-day work week, day shift.
