Alkanaah International Tours and Travel has been the appointed GSA for Saudia Airlines for many years. Saudia is a world class airline and is ranked a Five-Star Global Airline.

We are looking for a Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Bookings and walk-in Enquiry to full ticketing extent
- Able to make accurate bookings, reservations and confirmation, or amendments for passengers
- Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets and effecting changes to schedules, as well as re booking or re-issuing
- Maintain member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles
- Advise on latest promotions and mechanics including send programme related collaterals and forms
- Manages feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve members’ issues.
- Active participation in strategic planning process, including needs analysis & budget planning
- Contribute in identifying new business opportunities and such during our meetings
- Ticket Handling & Event Coordination
- Being up to date, and understanding of market changes and demands, airline requirements and changes, and industry changes
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge of airfares and reservations.
- Complete accurate record of bookings and offer best alternatives available in terms of fare and pricing/routings
- Able to work independently, patiently and under pressure
- Strong knowledge in Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Galileo & Amadeus,)
- Issuance of travel related documents
- Able to source for tickets at competitive prices.
- Able to bring in sales is an advantages as final remuneration ties in with sales performance.
- Customer service oriented
- To be able to handle existing clients and lead in new clients
- Strong time management skills and amenable to work rotating shifts.
- Exposure to strong customer-orientated environment is an added advantage.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
