Payment Network Product Manager

Summary

This role supports the Global Payment team in expanding and maintaining global payment network. The position focuses on assisting with payment channel integration, capability enhancement, and operational coordination to ensure smooth and efficient payment connectivity across markets.

Responsibility

  • Support the integration and expansion of the global payment network by connecting with payment partners such as PSPs, banks, and eWallet providers.
  • Work closely with internal product managers and engineers to execute partner onboarding, integration testing, and go-live follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with partners to collect business and technical requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing payment network performance, including monitoring transaction success rates and resolving operational issues.
  • Conduct market research on payment methods and new technologies to support business expansion.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in payment, fintech, or internet-related product roles.
  • Basic understanding of payment ecosystems such as card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, bank transfers, and local payment methods.
  • Familiar with project or product management processes, including requirement collection, coordination, and testing.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
