  • Position : Admin Assistant (Customer Service/Sales Support) - Training Provided
  • Location : Fishery Port Rd (Company Transport at West MRT)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm + 1 Saturday : 8.30am to 12.30pm Per Month (OT PAY)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Wholesaler

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales and purchase confirmation
  • Processing customer's order, issuing purchase order to supplier
  • Generate customer sales invoice & preparing payments to supplier invoices
  • Liaise with store for delivery arrangement
  • Sending statement of account to customers monthly
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. 'O' Levels or related qualifications with at least 1-2 years' working experience
  • Computer literate and good communication skill
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
