You will be working with a leading global financial services firm within their Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Department.

Your new role

The Resilience Governance Analyst role is required to work as part of a global team to support resilience governance activities including coordination and production of governance committee reporting, management and maintenance of firm-wide policies, standards, and procedures. The role will also contribute to the fulfilment of requests for information pertaining to the program from internal (e.g. internal departments, Internal Audit) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients, regulators).

What you'll need to succeed

  • Regulatory, Client & Audit Engagement- support the response and coordination of requests for information from regulators, clients, and internal/external audit functions.
  • Governance and Reporting - support coordination and production of governance committee and working group materials in collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders, documentation of minutes and capture and tracking to closure of actions.
  • Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of reporting frameworks for governance committee and working group engagement.
  • Engage with necessary stakeholders across the Firm to produce metrics and reporting as required for governance committees, working groups, and stakeholders.
  • Policy and Procedure Management- support the review, improvement, and maintenance of Firm-wide resilience policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Change & Transformation Initiatives- support delivery of strategic change programs, including audit and regulatory remediation initiatives.
  • Collaborate across functions to strengthen the Firm's overall resilience posture.

  • Skills Desired
  • Fluent in English and proficient Mandarin.
  • Experience working for a globally distributed organization.
