Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join our exciting team focusing on retail and digital banking. You will be lead a capability domain of Banking and Servicing and your key contribution is to lead the analysis and design aspects of software development, as well as contribute to development and testing activities.

Requirements analysis and elicitation

Support Product Owners to ensure features and stories to be delivered are well defined and structuredSupport Product Owners to collaborate with stakeholders to define target operating model for key processesLead analysis tasks which contribute to increment and delivery of working software Contribute to analysis, development, build and testing of working software Analyse and define detailed functional specifications and non-functional requirements based on business requirements

Team Collaboration

Testing and Scope Management

Work with Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenariosClarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)Perform impact assessment and estimation for project Change RequestMonitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope creepWrite business functional release notes and contribute to deployment planJob Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business/ Finance or equivalentMinimum 15 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experienceExperience in leading a team, beyond individual contributorHigh level of technical skill in use of business analysis techniques, methodologies and artefacts to support agile software developmentExperience in large-size and complex program/project for retail/digital banking as Lead Business Analyst Strong business domain knowledge in retail and digital bankingExperience in large-size and complex program/project for retail/digital banking as Lead Business Analyst Experience with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid change management methodologiesExperience in scoping and evaluation - Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendationFamiliar with change management processes and project management fundamentalsStrong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectivesUse strategic, forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skillsPassionate, diligent and resilient individual with ability to thrive in ambiguityEnthusiastic in mastering and improving best practice in business analysisAbout the Department
