• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing control frameworks, identifying areas of concern and providing insightful recommendations that add tangible value for stakeholders.
• Complete assigned review tasks efficiently and effectively within established timelines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout each project cycle.
• Perform ongoing continuous assurance activities on selected review areas, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement to strengthen organisational robustness.
• Prepare clear, concise, and timely reports detailing review findings, ensuring all identified issues are followed up appropriately until satisfactory resolution is achieved.
• Communicate professionally with relevant business lines and functional units to clarify issues uncovered during reviews, fostering positive relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
• Support the Team Lead by assisting in the preparation of periodic management updates, contributing valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulations and standards within the banking and financial services industry to ensure all assurance activities reflect current best practices.

• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

• Proven track record of managing multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy.

• Experience supporting team leads or managers in preparing management reports or updates is highly desirable.
