Temporary Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Officer (Registration Division)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Balestier

Working Hours:

• Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Hourly Rate: $13.60 – $18.50/hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for registration-related matters, including reviewing applications and updating internal systems
  • Respond to email enquiries received through shared mailboxes
  • Assist with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-related processes, such as registration, examinations, certificate reprints, and updating practitioner details
  • Support logistics and procurement needs for Traditional Chinese Medicine examinations
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with any tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with strong writing and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Able to multitask, manage timelines well, and perform
