Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Prospect and hunt for opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
- Develop a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits
- Engage with M&E contractors, consultants to promote standbygenerator solutions
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase standby generator offerings
Sales Execution
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
- Preferred to have 2 years of experience in standby generator sales or related power solutions industry
- Proven sales track record, preferably in standby generators, power solutions, or related industries
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and self-motivated approach to acquiring new customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Technical knowledge of standby generators or willingness to learn
- Class 3 driving license with the ability to travel for site visits and client meetings
