Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all inventory movements and international shipments comply with local import regulations, trade compliance standards, and internal company policies.
  • Enhance and maintain inventory tracking systems, including setting up item master data, barcoding, and location-based tracking to improve operational efficiency.
  • Track inventory-related costs and contribute to budgeting processes by forecasting monthly and quarterly inventory spending.
  • Review and assess warehouse operations performance using KPIs such as order accuracy, receiving time, and stock turnover. Recommend improvement plans as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, and supply disruptions by developing contingency plans with key stakeholders.
  • Promote sustainable inventory practices, including recycling, refurbishing, or reselling unused parts and optimizing the lifecycle of high-value equipment.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory and logistics tasks and train warehouse staff on updated protocols and safety practices.
  • Serve as a central communication point between field operations, suppliers, finance, and senior management for all matters related to logistics and inventory performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory or supply chain roles
  • Experience with Autocount system preferer, strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and handle cross-border coordination.
  • Willing to business travel occasionally
