Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant
(Convertible to Full-Time)
Working Hours
- Shift Duration: 4 hours per shift
- Minimum: 5 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)
- Public Holidays: Off
- Available Shifts:
- Morning: 9:45 AM – 1:45 PM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Full-Time Conversion: Option to convert after 30 working days (240 hours).
Salary
- S$15 per hour (inclusive of CPF contribution, if applicable)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with customer reception and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Organize and manage daily office administrative tasks.
- Maintain office tidiness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including data entry, browsers, and email software.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications (optional but advantageous)
- Prior experience in administrative, data entry, or customer service roles.
- Membership with the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) is preferred but not mandatory.
