Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant

(Convertible to Full-Time)

Working Hours

  • Shift Duration: 4 hours per shift
  • Minimum: 5 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Public Holidays: Off
  • Available Shifts:
  • Morning: 9:45 AM – 1:45 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Full-Time Conversion: Option to convert after 30 working days (240 hours).

Salary

  • S$15 per hour (inclusive of CPF contribution, if applicable)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with customer reception and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Organize and manage daily office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office tidiness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including data entry, browsers, and email software.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications (optional but advantageous)

  • Prior experience in administrative, data entry, or customer service roles.
  • Membership with the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) is preferred but not mandatory.
