Job Responsibilities
- Oversee New product launching problem solve new product launches affecting kitchen operations
- QC and ensure high quality and consistency of all new products
- Analyse customers' feedback to improve food quality
- Lead, train and manage new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff on new items
- Create new seasonal cakes and menus
- Recruiting, hiring and training when needed
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of in-depth Pastry experience.
- Extensive pastry knowledge and creativity
- Experience in maintaining rigorous high quality and safety standards
- Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills
- Team player with a good learning attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
