Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee New product launching problem solve new product launches affecting kitchen operations
  • QC and ensure high quality and consistency of all new products
  • Analyse customers' feedback to improve food quality
  • Lead, train and manage new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff on new items
  • Create new seasonal cakes and menus
  • Recruiting, hiring and training when needed

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of in-depth Pastry experience.
  • Extensive pastry knowledge and creativity
  • Experience in maintaining rigorous high quality and safety standards
  • Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills
  • Team player with a good learning attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
