Serve as the primary relationship manager for SME employers — understanding their business challenges, workforce needs, and transformation priorities.
Curate and recommend relevant programmes (e.g. CTC grants, job redesign, training, and tech adoption) in collaboration with NTUC Jobs Council and other units within NTUC, as well as with external stakeholders such as TACs and tripartite partners.
2. Transformation & Workforce Advisory
Guide SMEs through transformation roadmaps that align enterprise growth with job redesign and worker upskilling.
Coordinate across NTUC units to deliver integrated enterprise–workforce solutions.
Support companies in implementing structured workplace transformation projects, including training plans, HR systems, and job progression pathways.
3. Worker Outreach & Membership Conversion
Develop a systematic approach to engage SME workers within assigned companies.
Promote union membership and access to NTUC benefits as part of the value proposition for SME workforce transformation.
Identify SME Workplace Advocates and facilitate linkages to union branches or SME representative networks.
