Inside Sales Account Manager

This Inside Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth by developing and executing a territory sales strategy focused on the Singapore markets. The mission is to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by identifying, building, and closing new opportunities with both new and existing customers. This role operates as a full-cycle sales professional, collaborating closely with channel partners, Sales Engineers, and Field Sales teams.
Responsibilities- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline end-to-end, from initial lead generation through closing.
- Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities within existing customer accounts to expand utilisation.
- Execute contract renewals for current clients and proactively manage the full sales cycle for new opportunities.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate close dates, strategic next steps, and comprehensive MEDDPIC criteria are maintained.
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Inside Sales Account Manager and prior experience as Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas in previous roles.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage sales operations with minimal direct supervision.
- Possess a baseline technical aptitude concerning IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay or Tamil
- 1+ year of direct experience in a full-cycle sales role (closing responsibility).
- Solid understanding of a Channel/Reseller based go-to-market strategy.
- Proficiency in utilizing and applying the MEDDPIC sales methodology.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations (demos) and manage Proof of Value (POV) processes with prospects and Sales Engineers.
- Demonstrable understanding of the competitive landscape within the cybersecurity market.
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and deal hygiene activities
