About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition and operations process. This dynamic role involves a balance of sales, relationship management, application processing, and digital engagement. You'll be a key driver in helping our clients take the next step toward their goals in Singapore.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Source and engage new clients (individuals and corporates) through outreach and referrals.
- Introduce and explain our immigration services in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to drive trust and future business.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups to build awareness and leads.
- Work toward meeting monthly sales targets set by the Director.
- Prepare tailored proposals, service packages, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Meet with clients to collect, verify, and prepare all required documents for their immigration applications.
- Track and ensure timely, accurate submissions of applications.
- Maintain organized client records and follow up on progress throughout the process.
- Provide clear communication and updates to clients regarding their application status.
- Support internal departments with document handling and ad hoc tasks.
- Assist in creating and publishing social media content to attract new clients.
- Monitor platforms and respond professionally to enquiries and comments.
- Provide reports and suggestions to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital efforts with business goals.
- Prior experience in sales, admin, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to meet targets independently.
- Comfortable using basic office software and social media tools.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
