About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition and operations process. This dynamic role involves a balance of sales, relationship management, application processing, and digital engagement. You'll be a key driver in helping our clients take the next step toward their goals in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Source and engage new clients (individuals and corporates) through outreach and referrals.
  • Introduce and explain our immigration services in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to drive trust and future business.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups to build awareness and leads.
  • Work toward meeting monthly sales targets set by the Director.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, service packages, and contracts for prospective clients.
Immigration Operations & Administrative Support
  • Meet with clients to collect, verify, and prepare all required documents for their immigration applications.
  • Track and ensure timely, accurate submissions of applications.
  • Maintain organized client records and follow up on progress throughout the process.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to clients regarding their application status.
  • Support internal departments with document handling and ad hoc tasks.
Social Media & Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in creating and publishing social media content to attract new clients.
  • Monitor platforms and respond professionally to enquiries and comments.
  • Provide reports and suggestions to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital efforts with business goals.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, admin, or client-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to meet targets independently.
  • Comfortable using basic office software and social media tools.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
