About the Company

Our client is one of Asia's leading financial institutions, known for its strong presence across retail and wealth management. They are expanding their team in Singapore and are looking for ambitious Malaysian talents to join their growing banking sales division.

About the Role

As a Banking Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and managing client relationships, providing tailored retail wealth solutions, and achieving sales growth across various investment products. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales engagement - from prospecting and client consultation to financial solution presentation and after-sales service.

This position offers comprehensive training, industry certification, and the opportunity to establish a long-term career in Singapore's banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and build relationships with new and existing clients to promote retail wealth management products.
  • Provide financial advisory on products such as investments, unit trusts, structured products, and foreign exchange.
  • Deliver professional presentations and conduct client consultations to understand individual financial goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Open to Malaysian citizens (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or any related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Driven, motivated, and passionate about building a career in banking sales.
  • Willing to relocate and work in Singapore.
