RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet clients' needs and specifications.

· Identify and acquire new clients (employers) and manage the full hiring process for them.

· Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates to build long-term partnerships.

· Create compelling job advertisements to attract suitable applicants.

· Review and screen candidate applications to shortlist qualified individuals for clients.

· Coordinate interview schedules and ensure candidates are adequately prepared.

· Facilitate negotiations regarding salary and employment terms between candidates and clients when required.

· Drive successful placements to meet personal and company revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be an EA personnel with a valid CEI certification.

* Demonstrated experience and success in the manpower placement industry.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

MODE OF REMUNERATION:

· Commission based / Profit sharing
