**Introduction**

**Your Job**:

- Manage talent acquisition activities including all requisitions and hiring related processes of Non-Operator hirings (General Admin & Support, Production, Engineering & Technicians) as well as ITE/Poly Intern and Graduate hirings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment that encompasses sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and pre-onboarding process.
- Support in Operator hirings when required.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the search, providing guidance where needed, to influence decisions regarding strategy, profile development, assessment methods and final selection.
- Ensure recruiting activities are seamless and that the hirings are in compliance with corporate and local laws for country of hiring. This includes medical screening, reference checks and background investigations are completed in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong business partnership with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
- Participate in projects and programs as assigned, and support continuous improvement efforts where required

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- More than 3 years of relevant in-house recruitment experience; managing and implementing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Prior working experience in a semi-conductor/engineering/manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven strength in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels
- Experience and working knowledge of enterprise ATS system
- Pro-active sourcing skills and experience using social media
