
Project Sales Executive

Our client is a leading provider of noise barriers for construction sites, industrial environments, and households. As the company expands rapidly, they are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to join their team.
Reporting To: Project Sales Manager
Office Location: Woodlands
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
- Project Management: Oversee the sales process for construction projects, including preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Use this information to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and design professionals, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and favorable.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales within the construction industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
