**Roles & Responsibilities**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for monthly and adhoc reports to HQ.
- Support payroll processing of 500+ headcount.
- Assist the end-to-end process for Talent Acquisition (Job posting, arrange for interviews, offering & On-boarding).
- Support the updating of training records and any administrative work relating to training.
- Management of government incentive schemes and internship arrangement.
- Handle projects or adhoc assignments assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in HRM/Business related discipline
- Prior experience working in a fast pace manufacturing / precision engineering industry is an added advantage.
- Prior experience using Timesoft is advantageous.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as a team.
- Meticulous, independent and a self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
