**Responsibilities**:
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, industry associations;
Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices, and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws

Maintenance of corporate secretarial records for various entities, including statutory registers;
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements are strictly met;
Handle client acceptance and compliance including KYC/CDD

Amendments to company constitution

Preparation of Directors’/ Shareholder’s meeting minutes and resolutions and ensuring documents are properly signed, lodged and filed;
Preparation of board meetings and AGMs documentation (eg. minutes, resolutions and articles of association)

Preparation of annual returns and other statutory documents; Ensuring timely AGM reminders and Filing of Annual Returns

Preparation and lodgement of routine/ ad-hoc statutory documents/ client transactions;
Managing Corppass authorisations;
E-stamping with IRAS for transfer of shares, share allotment

Issuance of share certificates;
Facilitate the billing process for clients’ annual fees and ad-hoc services requested;
Supervision of Corporate Secretarial Associate work on engagement matters and ACRA filing

Proper maintenance of all clients’ documents;
Collaborate with external partners for offshore entities;
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements are strictly met;
Arrange for the notarisation and legalisation of documents;
**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Qualified Chartered Secretary or with other relevant professional qualifications
- Min 3 years of practicing corporate secretarial experience or with a legal background with a focus on corporate law and compliance
- Prior work experience in a corporate service provider will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act and AML/CFT requirements of registered filing agents
- Proficient oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the clients);
- Organized, detail and result oriented personality who is willing to learn and improve.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
