Client Portfolio Management

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing end to end support offering a seamless and comprehensive suite of services encompassing Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build and develop the rapport with new and existing clients to keep them satisfied with our services in order to get the most possible renewals.

Content Development & Portfolio Acquisition

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media content that aligns with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Create and manage a content calendar (daily posts) of individual Tiktok/Instagram/Youtube videos.
  • Make outbound sales calls
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using social media analytics and native insights. Use data to inform and optimize future strategies.
  • Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices. Identify new opportunities and propose innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the competition.
  • Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.
  • Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
  • Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
  • Other general admin duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position.
