Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily clinical operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Staff Coordination: Supervise and coordinate clinical and administrative staff, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, patient care, and operational workflows.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and conduct regular audits.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with healthcare professionals, management, and vendors to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Technology: Prepare reports, analyze data, and oversee the integration of healthcare technologies to streamline operations.
