Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (sea, air, land).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to new accounts.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the S.E.A. transportation logistics market to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding/logistics.
  • Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Existing client network in logistics/freight is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of the S.E.A. logistics and transportation market.
