Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (sea, air, land).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to new accounts.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the S.E.A. transportation logistics market to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding/logistics.
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Existing client network in logistics/freight is a strong advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the S.E.A. logistics and transportation market.
