We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our team in Singapore. This role is crucial to the sales pipeline, and you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads based on specific criteria and determine if they are a good fit for the sales team
  • Set up appointments and demos for the sales team to close deals
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track prospects and sales activities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate the value to potential customers
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Track and report on performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales or lead generation role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to engage with prospects, overcome objections, and set appointments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set goals and targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for outreach purposes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to meet organizational goals
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be
    Singaporean
    or have a
    valid work pass
    for Singapore
