Admin & accounts executive (Cleaning Company)

Singapore Advance Cleaning Pte. Ltd. Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

Working days - Monday to Friday.

Working hrs - 8:30AM to 5:30PM.

This role involves providing admin support to ensure the smooth functioning of a Cleaning Company.

Below are the responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:

  2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.

  3. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

  4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  5. Input and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools.

  6. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.

  7. Correspondence and Communication:

  8. Draft and edit emails, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.

  9. Expense & Income Tracking:

  10. Assist in tracking and reconciling accounts receieveable & payable.

  11. Research and Reporting:

  12. Conduct research on various topics and compile information for reports or presentations.

  13. Prepare routine reports or presentations as requested.

  14. Assistance with HR Functions:

  15. Support HR tasks such as new employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.

  16. Monthly payroll generations.

  17. Assistance with Accounts

  18. Preparation of necessary documents required by accounts.

  19. Confidentiality:

  20. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  21. Ad hoc Tasks:

  22. Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as requested by management.

  23. Adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges.

Minimum O / N level.

Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel & Word).

Training is provided & experience is added advantage.
